今日，做着fastapi的小项目的时候，用的远程数据库，下午时分测试api报错百思不得其解，怎么数据库连不上了，一看，好家伙，cloudcone要更换ip，在确认了四个实例更改ip之后，又花了十多分钟更改了我的所有域名到正确的位置。发现。美国cdn的ip迟迟无法访问。
在工单咨询过后，得到下面答复：

It seems like your server is having a Kernel Panic. Please try rebooting the server and adding SWAP memory to the server.
As the final resolution, a reinstallation would fix this issue. Please refer the article below to rebuild your instance and get back to us if you still face any issues :)
If the kernel panic happens due to low memory, you can choose an older OS like CentOS 6.5 which requires less RAM to operate
